Information store not in selections

I have W2k server, Exchange 2k; BE 8.6 all installed on same server with the Exchange agent.
In the "selections" tab I can back up mailboxes fine, but the "Microsoft Information store" selection is missing.
I've double checked the suggestions in Veritas BE articles:
248233 - exchange agent not registered
190967 - EDBBCLI.dll missing from c:\WinNT\system32239821 - restrict anon in registry
238618 - manually enable restrict anon

any ideas why MS Information store is not listed as a possible selection?

EDBBCLI.dll is only used with Exchange 5.5

If Backup Exec is on a different server to Exchange, you need to install the Exchange System Manager on the Backup Server, this will provide the right dll (ESEBCLI2.DLL) to communicate with the Information Store.

Sorry, I overlooked that you said they are on the same server. Go to the System Manager and make sure the account you are logged in as has Exchange Full Adminstrator rights.
