Information MTA gives error message 5.7.1 Unable to relay (ASAP

can someone please help
I service pack 2'ed my exchange server and service pack 1'ed my isa server and ever since i can receve email.
I can telnet in to my server fine (62.6.221.218 port 25) but i cant ping it it shows as destination unreachable,
please help ASAP as this is a very urgent matter.

I have tryed email in and i get these two email returned to me.

Try posting this in the Exchange Server forum as this is a Exchange problem not a ISA problem

this is an isa problem as it is isa the is blocking exchange from getting the mail!!!!!
