We have CCR tree option on a BCM200 4.0 tranferring to a information mailbox that has a lot of information in it. Is it possible to instruct caller to press a button to repeat information in mailbox?

When you build an Info Path, you have the choice of Home, Previous, or Disc. If you choose Previous, they could choose the Info Path again.

there is what's called a repeat key which re-plays the whole tree but i'm not sure if you can just repeat a certain path...
