Information Mailbox issue

Hi Guys,

I have setup a information mailbox on a extn so that when callers ring the ddi associated with the extn it gets played the message. The call is directed straight to the mailbox as the extn is call fwd always to the voicemail huntgroup. The problem I have is that straight after the mailbox message is played the administrators mailbox message plays straight after. Ideally I need the call to cut off or go to the operator. Is there any way to set this up?

I personally don't like the way the Info box functions for the reasons you've discovered.

Instead I set up a Menu Node which will repeat the message if no action taken and hang up after 3 repeats.

The caller can be given options to dial zero or whatever you want.

I spoke to Mitel and they informed me that a information will only do what i described in my first post so i will have to try your suggestion. Shame cos it could of been so simple.
