I'm trying to set up an afterhours mailbox to replace the existing night bell on my Nortel pbx, which apparently no one answers anyway. I built out a user mailbox, but it plays "“The owner of this mailbox is not accepting messages at this time. Goodbye" when I set it to Always Block Incoming Messages. If I could prevent this message from playing, I'd be a happy camper. And I'd rather not accept messages...
After some research, I found the Information mailbox type in some older documentation that may help, but I'm not sure it is available in this version, as the admin docs do not refer to it at all.
Is this still an option? Or is there another option in CP that will accomplish something similar?
