Company with MICS and Callpilot 100 just moved to a new location. Would like to set up a greeting that answers immediately to announce the move before the call goes to the office. Currently using ccr tree set up with extensive menus set to answer after 5 rings. Is there any way to have an info mailbox/tree answer, then transfer the call AND still be answered by AA if no one picks up?

all you can do is change the rings of the aa
looks to me what you are looking for is a call sequencer which would come from a third party
call sequencer can answer the line give a message and then ring the system as normal
