Information displayed in an entity shape...

Hello-
I am trying to display the datatype of each column in my entity shapes. I have been searching for a while and have found nothing on how this is done, so I gave in and posted this question. How can I have my datatypes appear in my entity shapes? If possible, I would also like to have the notes show as well.

Thanks for your time in helping me with this.

Using: Visio Pro 2003
