InfoConnect Settings Migration

I am working with a large company that is upgrading desktops from Win 2K to Win XP. Many of these workstations have InfoConnect 3 installed. We need an automated method to capture these setting and transfer them to a new XP workstation with InfoConnect 7.5. Can anyone recommend a tool or method to perform this migration?
