Infoconnect for windows 95 on a windows 2000 pro client

when I try to configure the print services on a windows 2000 computer I recieve this error.

Internal error detected as %s.
Contact the component's vendor for further instruction.

Any one recognize this problem?

I reinstalled the software from the cd. I am logged in with administrator privledges.
