does anyone know from where I can download a soft copy of java complete refernce book by herbert schildt

Sorry, no - but if you want a decent java refernce try "Java in a Nutshell" by "O'Reilly". Price should be 20 squids UK.

I don't know. When I did a search, some link to order this book online and some for dowloading samples only, not the whole book.
