Info Store Backup Fails.

Hi,
I have a win2k server with exchange 2000. I have cleaned out all anitvirus & exchange log's from my server. Whenever I run a info store & exchnage directory backup, Backupexec stop's although the counter keeps going till I cancel the job. The log file states 0 bytes backed up and no errors stated. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
