Good day ..

Working with Seagate Info v7.2.

Using one APS and 3 Info Servers, one of the Info servers will not process reports successfully. We are getting the following error:

PEOpenPrintJob(g:\Report Templates\CaliforniaProduction50\COV_Claims\600CLM009_ExplOfBenSingleClaim(v01).rpt) : File I/O error.

Looking for any sort of assistance in what may be causing this.

Thanks in advance.

There are a few things that could cause this error message, however, the culprit--in my experience--is typically one of two things:

1) Disk Space issues. Seagate will attempt to create a temporary file in the Temp directory. If there isn't enough room on the specified drive, you may get this error message.
2) Report Agent issues depending on your version of Seagate Info. This is a known issue to Crystal Decisions. Please refer to Crystal Decisions Article
