We have a problem where a PRI2 card keeps disabling.
I watched the Tech doun and up the card using the following

ld 75
disl DDSL XX
disl DDcs XX
Disl DTCS XX

enl ddsl XX
enl ddcs xx
enl dtcs xx
strt XX

How do I locate the faulty card remotely and where do I get the XX info from. The PRI2 card in the next slot was changed in LD 96 (dis dch) why are the PRI2 cards configured in different loads?

Assuming you know the loop the PRA is on & the d-ch number. If you know the loop, you can do a stat xx in LD60 & you will see the d-ch number at the bottom. Do this

LD96 dis dch xx

LD60 disl xx
rcnt xx
enll xx

you should get a message saying DCH xx EST

stat your loop & go to 96 & stat your d-ch

so what are going to do if it won't stand up????

Why did the tech use LD75 and go through the above dis/enl.
I believe one card is set up for MCDN and the other IDA does this make a difference?

Yes it does. I don't have any experience with these as they are not used in my country. Maybe someone else can help you.

In the UK, LD 75 is used for DASS2 Protocol PRI circuits (ISDN30), this tends to be older circuits. LD 96/60 is used for 'ETSI' Protocol PRIs (ISDN30e or Euro-ISDN30)
