Hi obobob,
If you are looking for NT practices, you can download some from they have both for the Norstar key systems and Meridian 1 PBXs. There are also some telecommunications primers that cover T1, but I don't remember the name of the book. I think the publisher is SAMS or WILEY. You could also do a web search and find some stuff.
