I was wondering if anyone has info/pricing/feedback on Octel Mailbox Manager software.I am converting all my sites,6 of them to 5 digit dial and will need to chg all the mailbox #'s.I am trying to "sell" it to management as a useful tool for the upcoming conversion and mailbox admin in the future.Does anyone know if I can Load the chg's up adding the new leading digit and then schedule a transmition of the chg's as I currently do with OTM for my PBX's?Any input is greatly appreciated.Thanks.

you can't use it that way if you are going to lengthen your mailbox digits you have to run a utility that customers do not have access to.
But mailbox manager is great for many other things like mass changes and to clean up the data base
