Info needed on replication

I have an issue whereby I replicate my mail from home and work. I have two seperate replicas. when replicating from home everything is fine but when I replicate from work I still get a copy of all the mails I deleted from my other replica. i am sure my setting are set up fine. Is there anything I can do to check this out.

I know you say your settings are fine, but it sounds like your home replica is not bi-directional. Check the arrows on your replica page for send and recieve.
