Info: Microsoft Access 97 to Access 2002 upgrade

We are upgrading to Windows XP from Windows NT.
This means Access 97 will be replaced with Access 2002.

As we currently have many many many Access 97 databases scattered around the department, what problems can I expect when we convert them all to the new version?

I know I can read the MSDN knowledge base, but I would also like some to gahter pointers from people with first hand experience..
