I have a Crystal report I'd like to publish on the web with Info Desktop for Java. Some computers here access Press Ganey with Java Web Start. If Java Web Start is installed on a PC, only the frame of my report comes up, with no data.
An error message appears prior to the report stating that an applet is trying to print. Do you want to let it?: Yes, No. Once it is answered, that error message never appears on that PC again. Visual outcome does not change based on the answer to the question.
Is there a way to get around this?
