Info Cube Designer and .3tf files from Seagate Charts

I have created a number of cubes using the Info Cube Designer. I have users that view these cubes and they are oftentimes creating custom charts from the custom chart editor and when you save this chart it saves it as type Chart Files (*.3tf) format. I have a user who wants to send this file to another user but they cannot view the chart because it does not know which application to associate this file to. Can anyone out there tell me what a user will have to have installed on their computer to view a saved chart file of this type?
