Don't know if I am in the right area but maybe someone can help me. We have quite a few servers that are running Crytal reports and the last machine that was built (NT4.0...sp4...seagate software...etc) is having a problem with the INFO APS service not starting up automatically. The machine reboots and the service just hangs. You can start it from the start programs but the service itself does not work. Has anyone seen this?
