Info Analyser "NOT SUPPORTED" message

Hi,

I'm using Crystal Info 7.0.2.200.
I wrote a report using the "Perform Grouping On Server" option. I tested the report in the design environment and it works well.
I run the report on Info Desktop and it Succed.
When I try to open the instance I have the Info Analiser "Not Supported" message.
What can I do ?
