Info & Sales Address Problems

Hi all

anybody had the following problem before.

radom users get the problem from time to time that if they type an address which contains the words 'info' or 'Sales' in the email address then groupwise will cross it out and refuse to send it.

i cant see why it does this and have trawled the net but cant find any information about the problem

anybodys help would be nice
