Hi
I'm having a problem with some recently generated reports.
They access an Oracle 8 DB via ODBC, with the reports running perfectly in design mode, both on my PC and on the Seagate Info Server (version 7.0).
Once the reports are scheduled however, the instances
generated are blank.
This problem happens with all the reports accessing this
specific Database, leading me to suspect an ODBC or rights issue. The test above, designing the reports on the Info
server, which completed successfully, implies that the ODBC
connection is functioning properly.
All the reports have parameters, but even the ones without
date parameters are failing. (I have tried the date parameters in dd/mm/yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy, yyyy/mm/dd, and
yyyy/dd/mm, with no success using any method).
Has anyone got any suggestions?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Gavin
