Infnite program code?

I have a Vodavi Infinite system and the system prog. **3226 does not work through the phone and the 3226Vodavi does not work with a PC. Is there another password or a way to break the password? I trying to add a DSS. I got a phone to work on that port but I need to change the phone type in prog. Any help? Thx.

if *3226 does not work then it has been changed by someone. Only way to get it back to default is to default the system.

Try resetting the system and try again from sta 100 or laptop. Sometimes system will lock in programing and not let anyone in. It acts the same as invalid password.
