InfinityOne UCx50 remote app

I have a UCx50 6.0 running infinityOne with all updates installed.

The customer/InfinityOne user is logged into the infinityone server and is receiving/making calls, but when the app is not forward on the screen the IOS phone does not ring...only rings when the app in forward and displayed on the screen. Anyway to make the IOS phone ring when its in a pocket, purse etc. I'm using a virtual ext. (not hotdesking)

Sounds like a notifications permission issue within the phone have you checked and ensured any app settings are not restricted or that you dont have some global block on the types of notifications that Ione uses?
