Infinited reboot loop to install display drivers

Dell Dimension 4700 with an intel 82915G onboard graphics controller. Windows detected and asked to reboot, once rebooted it says windows has finished installing device, but requires reboot, so you reboot, and get the same message over and over. I downloaded the driver from Dell and the problem won't go away, just keeps asking to reboot to complete install.

This all happened after removing a alternate video card and now trying to use the onboard one. Any ideas?
