We have an infinite talkpath connected to a Nortel MICS. We are running one time control, with two different menus. After creating new menu recordings last night, any calls (either to the main line or any extension) would ring the programmed number of times and then get disconnected, rather than transferring to voicemail or the proper menu.
After much searching, it seemed that the system decided to reset the voice mail lines to a default, instead of leaving them programmed to run the time control. Changing the 4 lines to run the time control fixed the problem. It was still working before I came to work today...
After arriving at work, all calls are now being dropped again - nothing is getting into voice mail. Does anyone have any ideas for me??
