Inetinfo Utilization HIGH

Hi, i've got an exchange server 2003 that inetinfo.exe is running at 50% or higher all the time. this is a new exchange server.

W2k, E2K3, groupshields

this is a new install. I introduced this server into my exchange 2000 site, moved all the users over to it. now the inetinfo.exe is running at 100%.

Any suggestions? thanks

when I stop my smtp connector..the cpu utilization goes back to normal...can I just delete and recreate my smtp connector?
