Inetinfo.exe stack overflow

Running a Windows NT 4.0 Server that is running 4 websites in IIS 4.0. Sporadically I get the following Dr. Watson error:

An application error has occured:
Inetinfo.exe
Exception stack overflow
(0xc00000fd), address: 0x1009b172

Tried stopping all services running and rebooting the server. We also tried re-installing NetBIOS.

Can anyone help?

Try removing IIS as a Windows Feature, and then reinstalling it. Warning - you'll need the NT CD with the service pack you're currently running integrated onto it. I had a case of runaway Inetinfo.exe - it would take 99% of CPU for 10-15 minutes at a time. Removing and then reinstalling it was the only fix.
