Inetinfo.exe causes Dr. Watson error and Stops All IIS services!

I have a Windows NT 4.0 Small Business server running IIS 4.0. I have just finished installing NAV for Exchange 2.51 and all my crash overnight. I don't get any errors in the event viewer only a Dr. Watson error pointing to the inetinfo.exe application causing the crash and plenty of hex numbers. Has anyone seen this before.
