Indy IRIX 5.3 internet connection

Hi, I got and Indy but is without cd-rom.
I need to use the ADSL connection the I have on my macintosh to update the system and get programs from internet.
I bought an ethernet Hub to link the computer and the adsl modem but I couldn't put Indy on Internet even configuring the gateway in the shell. Could somebody help me?

It's possible to share file with macintosh with irix 5.3?
