Industry Averages in Niche Markets 1

Not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.

I am trying to find some industry averages on things like email (in-house vs purchased list) open, click through & conversion - unique traffic annual growth - organic search annual growth - overall website traffic growth, etc. I really need the averages to be niche specific i,e, Hospitlity or Real Estate websites.

Any ideas guys where I can find some data like this?

off-hand eMarketer have a lot of reports available (for a price)

there is another fairly well known agency who's name escapes me at the moment as well. I'll post it later when the memories come flooding back.
