Individual Web Pages/Folders for users

I am tasked with creating an internal company website that will be accessed by employees from all over. They will be accessing it via the internet, and it will be password protected. It will provide general company information, links to forms they may need to download, etc. I know how to implement all of this. What I would like to do however is have a link to employee schedule that would only show the schedule of the employee that is currently logged on.

Is this possible? I am using Windows Server 2003 and IIS
