Hello:

I am using Citrix to have 100+ users access a Published Application. I want each user to be able to enter the application's Options, and set their own options (file locations, default font, etc.).

Is this possible?
If so, how do I go about implementing this?

Thank you in advance!

That depends on the application. If it was, for example, Microsoft Word, then this functionality is built-in.

If it was a bespoke application, then it would depend on how "Terminal Server Aware" it is; if it uses *.ini files, then installing it in change user /install mode _should_ mean that each user gets a copy of the ini file. If this doesn't happen (and I've seen this many times), then you can copy the ini file to the user's Windows folder in their Home dir.

If it writes to HKLM and not HKCU, then it may be more complex to solve than simply copying the keys...

Filemon and Regmon could help track down issues with your app.

Hope this helps CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk
