Individual service settings

Through the MMC (Microsoft Managemente Console) I can start and stop services and change their startup type. However there seems to be no way I can individually configure a service's settings (say, the ports and number of connections provided by the RAS service).
I tried searching in the MMC snap-ins with no success.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks.
