Hello,

I am trying to create a report that will print shipping labels for items that we ship from our factory. In the backend database the "orders" table each record states that in [Order],[Customer]ordered a [Quantity] of [ItemID]. My report is printing to a standard sheet of (6)4"X3.33" labels. It works excellent to the point that I have it, but we need it to print an individual label for each [ItemID], so with an order I need it to print [Quantity] labels. Each [Order] has only one [Customer], but can have multiple [ItemId]s each with it's own [Quantity]. I have searched the forums, but have yet to find a solution to my dilema. I hope that I didn't make this too confusing, if so my apologies. :)

Thanks,

Robert LaBree

If I understand you, you need a table of numbers: 1 to [highest quantity ordered]. You can join this table to items ordered and print items where Number <= Quantity.

Slight correction/clarification to Remou's reply. There should be no "join" line between the table of numbers and your quantity field.
