Individual Exchange messages are not shown

Hi,

We have just upgraded to Backup Exec 8.6 in the hope that it will start backing up our Exchange mailboxes again. It backs them all up ok but when trying to restore any indivdual messages, all we see is a line of small boxes for each message. Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix.
Specs are:
B.Exec running on a Win2000 Server
Backing up Exchange 5.5 on a seperate NT 4 Server

Thanks for any help you can provide.
