We had a problem where someone's voice mail greeting popped up over the intercom. The intercom is wired into the PBX via an analog port (tn 17 7). I assume someone transferred the call to the intercom, but I do not know enough to verify this. When I did the following trck on the intercom port while it was playing, I got:
.trck 17 7
ACTIVE TN 017 0 00 07
INDIRECT MW_CALL
ORIGDN 3031
ORIG 017 0 00 07 WATS RMBR 10 1
TERM 010 0 00 01 0 ACD 0 7003 SL1 VMS AGENT
DIAL DN 7000
The DN 3031 is the dn of the person's voice mail that was heard on the intercom. Any ideas what INDIRECT MW_CALL means, or how someone would make a person's voice mail greeting sound out over the intercom. Also is there a way to trace it to the originating dn, or prevent this from happening?
TIA,
