INDIGO2-system refuses to start.

I have undertaken a clean 6.5.16 install on an Indigo 2
4000. Went well.

On stating the system, the machine just hangs and the
mouse freezes.

I have changed the mother board and undertook the install
again: - same results.

I have also changed the mouse and keyboard: - same results.

I have also changed the hard drive: - sam results.

Any ideas?
