I have a Access-application and a FoxPro Database.
I have indices in FoxPro tables.
Is it passible to use this indices from FoxPro in Access?
If yes how?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

sherry

This is a bit of a guess, Sherry, but I believe that when you use ODBC to connect to the Fox tables from Access that the appropriate indexes will be used. I base this on my experience that certain index tags on Fox DBFs (such as on DELETED()) can, in some versions, bomb Access; er go, my assumption that the indexes are being used.

PS: I assume you mean structural (CDX) indexes, not stand-alone.
