I have a user who wants to know when a certain line is in use. That certain line is a conference line, so when it's called it pretty much answers immediately. I put that line as a line appearance of this user's phone, so there is a visual indication, but no audio since the conference circuit "answers" right away.
Any idea in what way can I let this user know when someone calls that conference line (besides the light of the line appearance on his phone, as he is not always looking at it).
His phone is an ITL-32D-1 (IP) phone, and the conference line is on a VS32.
I know the VS32 has the ability to extend the "answer time" for a conference line, so I could extend it for 0.5-1 sec, and it actually rings the user's line appearance as well, but that's not acceptable for the people who are using the conference lines as conferees.
