Does anyone know a way to create functionality like a dirbox or explorer where if you double click on an item (or an icon beside the item) it will drill down and show the elements underneath? Can it be done with a listbox or is there some other custom OCX that does this?
I am pulling my list of items from an Access table and each item has a listing of multiple sub-items below it and therefore do not want to have to display the entire list. I also need multi-selections.

In the OCX 'Microsoft Windows Common Controls 5.0' there is a control called TreeView. This will do what you want, but there is a fair amount of programming involved to get the keys to work, but it works nice.
Right click on the toolbar and pick componets... then find it on the list.
I hope this helps

Thanks bigfoot
this is exactly what I was looking for.
Looks pretty nasty to program but I will give it a go.
All you have to remember is to keep the key numbers different
