IndexName in Adotable doesn't sort records?

Hi!
i have a Tadotable, i have set the indexname with an index i define in the database for that table. When i open the table it doesn't order the records acording to the indexname i'have define.
When i add a Watch for the indexname of the table in the line i open it, the indexname have the correct value, but the records are not ordered correctly.
I'm missing something?
