I am facing a problem with windows2000 prof. In windows explorer when i right click on any folder and click on properties option in the menu I am unable to see properties windows.It doesn't open.Is this problem is related with Indexing service as earlier in the properties window of C:\ I removed the checkmark from"Allow Indexing Service to index this disk for fast file searching.I applied this changes to subfolders and files also.But i can see the properties window of any file.Problem is with C:\ and folders only.If this is the exact cause of this then how can i solve it?if not then whatmay be the cause and its remedy.
