I am using Crystal Reports 8.5 with Rational ClearQuest. My problem is I have indexed data I want to use in my report.
The reports run fine, however, there is a separate report for each and every index value.
For instance, if the report list my user groups, there is a separate report for my user name, with each indexed group name. I have access to 15 user groups in the product. Therefore, there are 15 separate report entries for my user name.
Anyone out there know of a way to combine all the indexed values into only one report per user?

Is this data sitting in a single database? If so, what's stopping you from simply creating a record selection formula that selects all the records you need?

A description of relevant tables, columns, and output
may be helpful.
