INDeX with IVM and IPNC (4620IP Handset)

Hi Anyone,

I know a few poeple out there work on the INDeX system, Please HELP with advise, I have an INDeX with IVM and have just installed an IPNC to connect IP4620 handsets over a customers network (finally setup and working)?????
One problem i have is with the voicemail, any advice on whether you can set the phones to intergrate better with the voicemail, ie: message waiting light when someone has left a message, as far as iam aware you don't have the VOICE key on the display is there any other way to use the IP4620 handset with some of the same functions as a DT handset!!!!

BAD NEWS: ip4620 is NOT supported on the index
the IP4602 are supported & the msg waiting lamp should work
to collect VM dial the VM group.

I thought that might be the case, the 4620 still works on the INDeX. Now installed i don't think the customer would like to replace the 4620 with a 4602 however i can try.

You are lucky, when we tried a 4620 on an IPNC it would enter a continual reboot cycle :-(

If you have it working then the Msg lamp should light.

I had the same problem untill i entered another ip adrress for the tftp server, Once the IP Handset had already received the tftp config.
