Hi

I have an issue with incoming and outgoing calls on an index system. When the users dials out its not following the user line access code which has been in place for years and instead dials out over the main PRI instead of their own BRI cct.

Also incoming calls intermitantly cutting off. This trace is me calling the main number , sits on fresh air then hangs up. Just wondered if anyone has seen this code before - PG:N_EtoE . Sorry to post on this site and will be going back to site with another spare bri hopefully but as a long shot wondered if anything in this isdn2 trace pointed to anything .

Tested the isdn line with tester ok last week. Any help appreciated with the trace. I called the main no from my mobile. E7 comes into play but have never seen this PG N EtoE before ??
