Index - Process Error 106

[LivelinkDotnet]

We are getting this error almost 5-6 times a day. we have tried select * from kini where Insection = otcindex query but it is not giving any data id. also Size of log file is less that 2GB , in index directory ya there is livelink.lck file but i dont think this is the problem . We have two livelink applications so i have just compared with other livelink application which is running ok , so there also i could find livelink.lck file in index directory. in Livelink.log file there is one error -- unable to update UPDATE.xrf file

Please help

I see a lot of posts on the subject, have you checked them out ? have you spoken to your local OT Support Team ?

[IPUD][Message #:7508] 1280401631.000531: An update error occurred ... going to stop

Have you spoken to your local OT Support team over this as they will need to review logs and other config information as well.
