Hello people was told there are some INDEX gurus here hope you can help.

hello I'm trying to get an audio conf unit working on a SDX INDEX can get a dial tone and works fine as a handset. However I want to be able to initiate conference calls from the Audio unit rather than create conference calls from DT handsets and transfer the conf call to the conf unit. I've heard that there is a FAC for conference on the INDEX has anyone else heard of it or am I chasing the holy grail??? Thanks all.

You cannot create a confrence form an pot phone on index

the only option is to create the conf on a DT phone & then drop out, sorry.

catualy another option wouldbe to add an IPOffice as a confrence brige but that is using a slegehammer to crack a nut

Thanks that's what I thought. Someone told me that there are FAC's to do certain features conf being one. Don't worry I've killed him! Thanks again.

the Selgehammer aproach is ok if you like to eat powdered nut (mixed with shell)
