Hello,
I have annoying problem that is only occurring for one user. We are using Windows 2000 Pro SP4 with roaming profiles. When the user logs off their PC, logs on to another work station then tries to logon to their PC again, the can not load their roaming profile and they receive the following Application event viewer error.
Windows cannot copy file \\Server\Share\Username\Cookies\index.dat to location C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Cookies\index.dat. Contact your network administrator.
DETAIL - The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
If the user logs off and back on their pc the problem does not occur. We are also using the User Profile Hive Cleanup Service by microsoft.
Please help!
